Delivery: Delivery is available anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. In most cases, delivery can be arranged overseas as well. We will be happy to provide pricing for delivery to you.
Can I pick up the furniture myself? Yes. Just bring a suitable vehicle and packing blankets. The furniture is not cartoned or packaged in the warehouse.
If the furniture I order is not in stock, how long will it take to be built? We have a 12,000 square foot warehouse filled with many of our items for immediate availability. However, if the items you want are not in stock, please allow up to 10 - 12 weeks for your order to be completed.
Will the furniture I purchase come with a guarantee? Absolutely. Our Guarantee is simple - we stand behind every piece of furniture we offer, one hundred percent. * Should the furniture you purchase from us be defective in either material or workmanship at any time, simply return it to us and we will repair it at no charge to you. If you would prefer to have us pick up and return it to you following the repair, a transportation fee will be charged. In the event that damage due to negligence or misuse occurs, we will be happy to repair damage where possible, for a nominal charge.
- Outdoor furniture because of the types of use and environment it may experience is not covered under this warranty.
- Mattress and Box Springs have a ten-year limited warranty
- Fabric on upholstered furniture is not warranted, as any fabric will eventually wear and tear.
What is your return policy: Items may be returned within 10 days via common carrier at customer's expense. Following receipt of returned items in good condition, a full refund for furniture items will be issued. Refunded amount will not include freight charges. Should you receive an item that is defective or damaged in shipping we will, at our option, have the item repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
Do you have a catalog? No. A catalog is not currently available.
Is custom work available? On some items, yes. If you do not see exactly what you want, let us know and we can offer customization where available.
Is commercial work available? Yes. We have a long history and excellent reputation in the commercial field. We have built custom and standard items for lodges, Inns, resorts, restaurants, golf courses, condominiums, offices, universities and B & B's. A list of references is available on request. We would appreciate the opportunity to bid on your project.
What type of finish is used to protect the furniture? All furniture has a satin finish. A protective, catalyzed conversion varnish is used which protects your furniture from most household spills including water, vinegar, even paint thinner!
What woods and stains are available?
Woods:
Woods are all kiln dried, northern hardwoods. All items are available in oak. Most are available in cherry wood and some are available in walnut or maple wood. Item descriptions will include wood availability.
